Shipping policy

Most of our products are made to order. If items are in stock, we will ship right away. Otherwise, we have to make your items, which requires cutting, sewing and dyeing. That typically takes 1-4 weeks. In some cases, shipment may be 6-8 weeks. If you have a deadline for shipment, please let us know before you place an order, so we can find a way to meet your schedule (if possible). Please use the Contact Us form for any requests.

Shipment is typically via US Postal Service (USPS). For packages over 1lb, we generally use Priority Mail for West Coast customers (delivery in 1-3 days) and Parcel Post for the rest of the US (delivery in 3-7 days). If the package is under 1lb, we ship USPS First Class (delivery 2-7 days).

For Bay Area residents, in-store pickup is an option.
